What should I get? A ring with all the kids birthstones? A pocket watch with the birthstones? Help!!! I should at least get him something from the kids… we may not be getting along well right now, but he’s still their daddy.
Maybe a shirt with his favorite sports team on it. Or socks, then no matter what it is you tell him in the card that they picked it out all by themselves.
I know that the kids might feel funny if they don’t get he something, well atleast your oldest, he should understand what fathers day is now. It is for your kids, and not for him that you do it. The kids are the most important thing, I think you have the right idea.
Last year for Father’s Day we got my Dad-in-law a DVD player and five of his favorite movies, and he seemed to really like it, but of course he may already have a player.
Gee after we got married I hardly ever saw the kids give their father anything for Father’s Day. Very strange but that’s how they are. He always gives them a card and some money on their birthdays but nothing in return not even a card, not even on his birthday. Don’t know if they are the same with their mother. I just get so peeved.
I’ll get him a card and maybe something he can use.
